Applications for Fall 2009 are now closed. Keep an eye on the site for when we open them up again.
Haverford’s one and only once-radio station, now-podcast and DJ collective is looking to recruit fresh blood. The heart of music is innovation and the quest to hear that unstoppable flow, slide-steel whine, drum machine hi-hat, piano trill or guitar hero wail cross from one speaker to the next in glorious moments that make people’s eyes light up and mouths drop down. The heart of discussion is a human with a microphone engaging an audience. Do you want the opportunity to share and deliver these moments with the Haverford community? Look no further, my friend…

1. Briefly describe your show concept—talk about how great it is, defend its potential weaknesses, mention the music you’ll play or the things you’ll discuss.
2. List your other extracurricular activities. Could you potentially tie WHRC in with any of them? In what ways will you engage the campus with your show?
3. List three of your heroes—one from fiction, one from the music world, and one from life in general. How will they influence your show?
